14 Maskwa athletes competed for Team Nova Scotia at the 2026 Canada Cup on July 9-11, against the top U16 and U18 paddlers from Ontario and Quebec. Competition was fierce but Maskwa paddlers raced to 15 golds, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals! Congrats to everyone who participated!

Best of luck to the Maskwa athletes representing Nova Scotia at the Canada Cup Regatta in Montreal from July 9-11!

A double medal Day 4 for Maskwa's athletes at Canoe 26!

added her second gold medal of the competition, partnering with Abby Haines of Carleton Place Canoe Club to win the C2 200m event!

_brown._ hung in tough and went by the Hungarian paddler in the final metres to take silver in the C1 1000!

fought hard in a tight field to take 4th in the B-Final and 13th in the world in the K1 500m!

marteli took second in her K1 200m semifinal to advance to the A-Final tomorrow!

What a Day 3 of Canoe 2026 as Victoria Tran and partner Grace Theunissen of Banook take Gold in Junior Women’s C2 500m! In a tight race at the 250m mark, Vicky and Grace pulled away in the second half to win in 2:10.80 over China in second and Germany in third! We are so proud of these girls and all of their hard work this year to build towards this goal.
