Our final classes at Rival will take place on Wednesday, August 26.

Then, the bikes will be on the move. 👀

RIDE @ RHQ is almost here. We will post an official opening announcement with the details before the end of the month.

A little pause. A big upgrade.

From Aug 17 to Sept 1, R Bedford will be closed so that we can complete some soundproofing improvements. We want to create an even better class experience for our community (while being great neighbours!).

While R Bedford takes a short break, we invite you to explore our other studios. Try a new class, meet a new instructor, and discover a different side of R. You might even find a new favourite.

We will be back before you know it, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the refreshed space.
