We said goodbye to my 12-year-old husky on Tuesday.
She was fearless and strong, right through the very end..

12K for 12 years 💔— back coaching tomorrow a class, and easing into clients after a couple days away.
Coaching is my safe haven — a place where I can be fully present and pour into others.

Teva was one of my best friends, and it feels so strange not taking care of her right now.

This has been one of the hardest losses I’ve ever felt — everything comes in waves, and I’m still figuring out how to show up through it.
For now, I’m putting my energy back into creating a new routine🫂💪🏼
