We’re excited to celebrate our first official Panthers Day at the Community YMCA on Saturday, September 26, from 2:30–6:30 p.m.

This special day is all about bringing our Panthers community together and celebrating all of our participating youth, from U6 to U16, as they get ready for another season.

Come out for an afternoon of fun, food and basketball, including:

• Free BBQ
• Face painting
• Photo booth
• Shooting competitions
• Prizes
• And more!

It’s a chance for players, families and the Panthers community to connect, celebrate and get excited for the season ahead.

Summer was made for new adventures, new friendships and memories that stay with us.

This summer, kids and youth across our community came together through Head Start & Trade Camps, Day Camp and Big Cove YMCA Camp to learn, explore, have fun and grow.

At camp, kids tried new things, spent time outdoors, made new friends, learned to work together and gained confidence along the way. Some stepped outside their comfort zone, while others discovered new interests and talents.

For youth in Head Start, the summer brought opportunities to explore careers, prepare for the workplace, develop leadership skills and gain valuable volunteer experience.

Different programs, different experiences — but one thing in common: a place to belong.

We’re proud of every young person who showed up, tried something new, helped a friend, took on a challenge or simply found their place in the community this summer.

Here’s to the friendships, laughter, lessons, adventures and lifelong memories made along the way.

Participants will walk alongside medical students while taking part in short health talks and tracking their activity, mood, and progress.

This FREE play hour is designed for babies and toddlers ages 0–4, along with their caregivers. Explore ball pits, play mats, giant blocks, walkers, and more while supporting your little one's physical and sensory development.
