A Zoom Fascia Festival - Thursday July 8 (7:00 -8pm)
This class targets your abdominals and side body with slow, very subtle movements that are breath focused. It is a slow flow vinyasa that will be done on your back, sides and tummy and focuses on the fascia. There is a little yin thrown in for deep action! A great way to wind down and get ready for sleep on a rainy evening. By donation (e-transfer, cash or cheques).

Yoga for Gardeners - Thursday April 29 (10 -11 am). Get ready for digging, bending, lifting and twisting!

Yin yoga to build our radiance. April 18 (4 - 5 pm). Focus on the subtle body and prana to build our OJAS (essence of life).

Sunday 4 -5 pm full body gentle yoga stretch. Designed for x country skiers, but will benefit everyone who wants to attend.

Sunday afternoon 4 - 5 pm gentle yoga for your neck and shoulders. We will start on our backs, then sides, then belly and a couple of seated poses.
