Due to circumstances beyond our control, curling is unfortunately cancelled for the remainder of the season.

The annual Highland Lassie bonspiel is in full swing at the Haliburton Curling Club! Thanks to all of the teams from home and away for coming out and making it such a fun day, the amazing ice team and volunteers, our sponsor Haliburton Clothing Co., and McKeck’s for a fantastic lunch!

Big win leads to GOLD 🤩🥇

Congratulations to Megan Bawn, Eva Griffith, Joan Duhaime and Darlene Prisciak for their recent win at the Ladies 4-Town bonspiel in Fenelon Falls. Thank you to the Fenelon club for a great day on the ice!

Team Switzerland (Cathy & Sue) took home the gold medals at the Go For Gold! event, but everyone had a great time. Kudos to Peter and Pam for their creative representation of Australia!

The birthday girl won the Hardline broom!

Congratulations to Karin Monbourquette who was the lucky winner of the much coveted Hardline broom at Haliburton Curling Club’s Todd’s Bonspiel. A huge shout out and thank you to Goldline Curling for the generous donation of the Team Gushue Hardline broom!!!

Bonspiels in Haliburton are never “boar-ing”! The organizers have gone whole hog with this one — the emcees are hamming it up, Elvis Pigsley’s taken an early lead in the pig races, and don’t even think about hogging a rock 🐷
