You can pick the classes that suit your level, your interests, and even your energy level that week. I love getting challenged in the conditioning class, feeling restored and limber after the flexibility class, and feeling like a sexy goddess throughout a flow class! Plus, I’m constantly learning new things and advancing my abilities in the weekly beginner pole classes. The instructors are all amazing, inspiring, and genuinely care about helping their students get the most our of each class.
