ent for learning how to improve one’s overall wellbeing, through martial arts. Students are trained in the fundamental aspects of our art through a combination of traditional and practical martial arts techniques, including both hand-to-hand self-defense and weapons work. All classes are designed to fit the needs of each student in attendance. Classes are comprised of both physical workouts and training in martial techniques, with a balance of both mental and physical conditioning. All those looking to increase their fitness, learn physical and mental self-defense skills, improve their patience, perseverance and awareness, or even train their discipline can benefit from this combined approach. Introductory adult course:

Online or hybrid adult classes:
Occasional Zoom classes, announced in Discord channel (members access only). Video & Mic capabilities required. Or hybrid upon request: if you are not in the London, ON, area but have a training partner (or several) nearby that you would like to train Ninjutsu with, don't hesitate to get in touch with us here through Facebook Messenger and we can see about organizing a hybrid class in your location.
