Starting something new should be easy.

New students receive a **FREE uniform with enrollment**, and everyone has the opportunity to begin with a free private introductory lesson.

It's a chance to meet us, experience the dojo and make sure you're starting in the right place.

No pressure. Just a good way to begin.

Fall registration is open.

You don't have to be "in shape" before starting karate
That's what training is for.

Students start at different fitness levels and work from there. Over time, they build strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and conditioning while learning practical martial arts skills.

Start where you are. We'll help you build from there.

**September Small Wins 🥋❤️**

September is a great month to focus on the little things that add up to big progress.

This month, we're going to have a little fun celebrating those **small wins** — the things that might not seem like a big deal, but make us stronger, more confident and better than we were yesterday.

Every week, we'll have a simple question or challenge to share.

**No points. No competition. No pressure.**

Just martial arts, fun and celebrating our students along the way. ⭐

Let's see what September brings!

🥋 Fall Training Starts September 8!

Every class is an opportunity to learn, improve, and grow.

This fall, students will continue developing their martial arts skills, building confidence, and working toward their next goals.

With personalized instruction and small class sizes, Sealy Karate Schools provides a supportive environment for students ages 5+ to learn and progress.

New students are always welcome.

What are parents really looking for when they choose a martial arts school?

Usually, it's more than karate.

They want their child to build confidence, learn discipline, develop focus, become more capable and feel comfortable handling challenges.

The kicks and punches are important.

But watching a student grow into a more confident version of themselves? That's the part we really love.

Why do we keep our classes small?
Because students learn better when instructors have time to actually work with them.

It's about creating a better learning environment- More individual attention. More feedback. More opportunities to practice and improve.

We're still welcoming new students this fall, but space is limited.

08/27/2026

The dojo will be closed and there will be **no regular classes September 5–7** for the Labour Day long weekend.

Classes resume Tuesday, September 8 on our Regular Schedule

If you haven’t already, please let Renchi know which class your student will be attending this fall. It helps us plan ahead for each class and the students who will be training in it.
