I’m a surfer now 🏄🏽♀️ 🌊
Tried surfing for the first time yesterday and I loved it!!!
Broke my board 1 hour in but I learned.... I learned.
Loving the old school music here reminds of the Government in TO. Crushed chest today with a dash of curls at the end ready for the beach. 🏖
Not the best angle for a vid but I needed a leg shot. Step back BB lunged is a staple for anyone looking to grow their glutes.
Nice little superset done 4 total sets, 12 sets total.... that was about half of this workout.... full WO is in the Whiteboard workout highlights👊
I have to be careful with my lower back hence the belt, partial depth, wide stance and chains.😅

Sore shoulders?
Try this.
sometimes with your elbows out wide, we can aggravate an existing inflammation.
Keeping your elbows in tight like this might take away the pain and allow you to lift with a good effort. 🎁🎄
