Take note of the monster under my chair!

There's a monster under my chair! . . . I was thinking the other day that I need to work on being better at social media and promoting my Monday Night Yoga class. I don't just want to keep posting the same things over and over again but keep it fresh... Even when I've only got one class a week! The monster under my chair has absolutely nothing to do with my one class but I do think we all have hidden 'monsters' or distractions that divert our focus. This doesn't mean our classes are no good or not important to us... The class I do, gets great feedback. It's at 8pm on Monday night which is a super time to do some restorative yoga. Chill out after the first day back to work. Recharge for the rest of the week! Maybe the focus should be on showing up for ourselves as we do for others and give ourselves a break for not being great with social media promotion.... Cause really... The monster under my chair is also kinda important and quite cute!
