Saturday July 25 we raced with heavy hearts as we celebrated our amazing flag man Doug Maclean. 🪽

A beautiful memorial was celebrated with words by our track announcer Kevin Small before racing began then a track walk during intermission.

Feature 1 the #16 started P7. These cars are running bumper to bumper. Mike took the lead and didn’t look back. A bit of right side rear damage by another car trying to pass and we watched as the last 7 laps the right rear tire wasn’t looking good. Mike held on taking his 2nd WIN of the season 1 one thousands of a second ahead of the 81. Mike put the 53 on his number for Doug and won this for him.
Feature 2 the 16 started bear the back P9. He ran one heck of a race and finished 2nd.
Thank you to the amazing crew of the 95 for that winning push to get out there. You guys are much appreciated.

A great night of racing for the 16 machine.
Now we prepare for 3 races 3 different tracks starting this Friday heading over to Delaware speedway, Saturday to Flamboro to run with the National Compact series then will end the weekend heading to Sauble Speedway.

We can not do this without our crew Jason, Jake, Reece,Elle and Carrie.

Something is happening in the shop? We are gearing up for some 3 in 3 racing this weekend. We are happy to announce that we will be at Delaware Speedway on Friday. Racing at Flamboro Speedway-Authorized Page on Saturday with the Compact Touring Series. And we will make our way to the Beach up at Sauble Speedway. Meet the driver night!

Mike started P2. After a rough green flag start he fell back a few spots after being run up the track coming out of 2. A few cautions throughout the 25 lap feature. After the last caution, Mike took the lead and never looked back finally putting the #16 back in victory lane. Our Battle with the starter hit again leaving tech.
Thank you to Jake, Jason, Tyler,his crew and Rory for helping get him out for meet the driver night. It’s always a great time when the fans come down to the track. Meeting the drivers and seeing the cars up close the young and old love it!
Thank you to Jason for putting together the goodie bags and all your help in the garage and on race days.
Due to a tragic accident there was no second feature Saturday night.
Our hearts are heavy, mourning the loss of one of our officials. Doug will be missed. Our prayers also go out to the 2 racers who are struggling currently with what happened.
Racing is a dangerous sport, however the race community always comes together near and far during times like these.

After too many weeks off it’s back to Flamboro Speedway-Authorized Page for the #16 al borgo Estates Winery mini stock.

All set up here in Grimsby near the Canadian Tire parking lot. Bring out the dogs for the Walk for Dog Guides event. We will be here until 3pm. Thank you to al borgo Estates Winery to supporting us! Remember to join us for the Grand Opening on June 27th and June 28th.
