The Grimsby Peach Kings are proud to welcome Hudson Brens to the team for the 2026-27 season! 🍑👑

Hudson joins the Peach Kings after a strong season with the Niagara North Stars U18 AAA program, where he helped his team reach the OMHA Championships in back-to-back seasons.

Standing 6’3”, Hudson brings impressive size and a steady presence to the blue line. A dependable stay-at-home defenceman, he plays a strong defensive game, competes hard in his own zone, and provides the physical strength and reliability every team needs on the back end.

We are excited to welcome Hudson to the Peach Kings family and look forward to seeing him in the maroon and gold this season. Welcome to Grimsby, Hudson!

The Grimsby Peach Kings are excited to announce the signing of Sam Bodden for the 2026-27 season.

A hometown player from Grimsby, Sam joins the Peach Kings after playing with the Hamilton Steel U18AAA program. A smart, offensive-minded forward, Sam has a knack for creating opportunities in the most dangerous areas of the ice. Whether it’s finding teammates in scoring positions or capitalizing on chances around the net himself, his offensive instincts make him a constant threat whenever he’s on the ice.

Beyond his offensive abilities, Sam is a dependable teammate who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to the rink every day. His character and team-first approach make him a valuable presence both on the ice and in the dressing room.

The Bodden family is already a familiar part of the Peach Kings organization, with Sam joining his brother on the roster, making this signing especially exciting for the club and our fans.

After taking last season away from hockey to focus on his apprenticeship, Austin returns to Grimsby ready to make an impact. A familiar face in the Peach Kings organization, Austin is known for his relentless forecheck, strong two-way game, and determination to compete for every puck. He never gives up on a battle and brings the kind of work ethic and compete level that helps drive a team every night.

Michael joins the Peach Kings after spending last season with the Pelham Panthers Jr. B program, bringing valuable junior experience to our lineup.

A gritty, playmaking forward, Michael combines speed with a physical edge that makes him difficult to play against. He thrives in the hard areas of the ice, creates opportunities for his teammates, and isn’t afraid to finish a check or battle for every puck.

Hailing from nearby Beamsville, Trevor joins the Peach Kings following a strong season with the Niagara North Stars U18AAA, where he gained valuable experience competing against some of the province’s top talent, including participation at the OMHA Championships.

Trevor is a reliable and versatile player who can be counted on in all situations. His commitment to detail, relentless work ethic, and willingness to do the little things that help teams win make him a valuable addition to the Peach Kings lineup. Whether it’s battling for pucks, supporting his teammates, or creating opportunities through hard work, Trevor brings a consistent and dependable presence every game.

Brayden joins the Peach Kings from the Niagara North Stars U18AAA, where he earned recognition as an OMHA West U18 All-Star. A highly competitive player, Brayden has built a reputation for his relentless work ethic, exceptional speed, and ability to impact the game in all three zones.

As a true 200-foot player, Brayden is committed to both ends of the ice, consistently creating opportunities offensively while taking pride in his defensive responsibilities. His determination, hockey IQ, and team-first approach make him an exciting addition to the Peach Kings lineup.

Brett joins the Peach Kings from the Glancaster Bombers U18AA, where he established himself as a reliable two-way player and power forward. A two-time HWCDSB Champion, Brett has earned numerous accolades throughout his hockey career through his dedication, work ethic, and commitment to team success.

Known for his strong defensive play and penalty-killing ability, Brett brings grit, toughness, and a team-first mentality every time he steps on the ice. Whether blocking shots, battling along the boards, or sacrificing his body to make a play, Brett consistently does whatever it takes to help his team win.
