The Yoga Shed 💚is all set for yogis this summer! Grimsby’s boutique wellness space is located in my backyard in DT Grimsby and was built for women who want real shifts and transformations in their bodies and their minds.
The Yoga Shed is truly the ultimate women’s wellness space as it was created with all of the best features a fitness studio can offer.

Here’s some highlights about The Yoga Shed:
💚 �intimate class sizes (up to 8 yogis max)
💚 real hard heated wood floors
💚 infrared panels to heat things up *non-heated for summer
💚 affordable $18/class offered thru 5 class & 10 class passes (no drop-in offered at this time)
💚 variety of 45 minute class offerings~mat pilates, hot Power yoga, restorative yoga and more!
