I have stolen this from Ari Kay because I think it raises an important point, if someone makes it look this easy and gentle... it is sales. This is not what conflict looks like.

Practical self defense as it has been taught for generations. This isn't the sport that we learned as kids! I am willing to accept teens on a case by case basis.
A small school with tons of one on one teaching for adults. This is a co-op school, not for profit. It is designed to break even. No profit, no testing fees, only karate for the sake of the art.

Great class last night! Finally had the knife defense class. Probably a few bruises and bruised egos.
Inspired by a friend of mine tonight will be about knife defenses.
Tonight is all about the kata! Time to get a sweat on!
