A gentle reminder that for the next few days we are away in Montreal for work & there are no Zumba or Karate classes at either location.

The regular class schedule will start up again on Thursday June 25th in Torbrook 🙂💪🏻

My heart is full! 💞 I was thrilled to welcome my Little Sister to the Zumba class in Torbrook this morning! Participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program has been one of the greatest experiences of my life and it meant a lot to me to see her having fun Zumbaing 🎶 💃🏼

We had a packed class full of energy and even though it was super humid we rocked it and had a bunch of laughs along the way 😅💦

Classes are held weekly in 2 separate locations…..so there are lots of great opportunities to step into happy 👟✨

✅ Thursdays 6:15pm Torbrook | 3 Rivers Hall

✅ Saturdays 9:30am Torbrook | 3 Rivers Hall
