💫 This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on our second Front Desk Lead, Babal Kaur. 💫

For more than two years, Babal has been an integral part of the World Gym Sudbury team. Her professionalism, reliability, and welcoming personality help ensure our front desk operates smoothly each and every day. Whether she’s greeting members, assisting with questions, or helping keep daily operations running efficiently, Babal is a valued member of our team and someone we’re proud to recognize.

Now, let’s get to know Babal a little better in her own words!

Every day at World Gym gives me the chance to do something I genuinely enjoy—connecting with people. For almost three years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of a team that feels like family while helping create a welcoming space for our members.
I’m Babal, and one of my favourite parts of my job is making smoothies for our members. I love getting creative with different combinations and experimenting with recipes based on each member’s preferences and fitness goals. It’s rewarding to make something they enjoy while adding a personal touch to their experience.
I also enjoy making members feel comfortable and valued every time they visit the gym. Whether it’s having a friendly conversation, answering questions, or simply greeting them with a smile, I love creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged, respected, and motivated.
Working at World Gym has taught me the importance of building relationships, working as a team, and creating positive experiences for others. Watching members stay committed to their fitness journey and knowing I’ve played a small part in making them feel welcome is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I’m proud to represent World Gym and contribute to a community that inspires people to become the best version of themselves. 🤍🤍🤍
