🏊‍♂️ SAMAK 2026 is underway! 🏊‍♀️

Our swimmers kicked off the season-ending SAMAK meet last night in Montreal, and despite the chilly temperatures at the outdoor pool, they came ready to race!

We’re proud to announce the following Nickel City Aquatics swimmers qualified for finals on Day 1:

⭐ Noah Snider – 200m Freestyle & 100m Butterfly
⭐ Andie Tulloch – 50m Backstroke
⭐ James Mongeon – 50m Backstroke & 100m Butterfly
⭐ Jordyn Maguhn – 200m Breaststroke
⭐ Emma Dube – 200m Breaststroke
⭐ Charlie Richardson – 100m Butterfly

🏊‍♂️❤️🖤🤍 Nickel City Aquatics Shines at the Fred Rams B Championships! 🖤🤍❤️🏊‍♀️

Fifteen Nickel City Aquatics swimmers travelled to Timmins this past weekend to compete at the Fred Rams B Championships, and what a weekend it was!

Our team earned an incredible 225.5 points, finishing 4th overall among all participating clubs. To top it off, NCA proudly brought home the Small Team Banner, awarded to the highest-scoring small team at the meet!

What makes this achievement even more special is that every single swimmer contributed points toward the team total, showcasing the depth, determination, and teamwork that define Nickel City Aquatics. Even more exciting, all 15 swimmers achieved at least one personal best time, a testament to their hard work and commitment throughout the season.

A special congratulations goes out to our individual award winners:

🏆 Charlie Richardson – High Point Trophy, 11-12 Boys Division

These awards recognize the top overall performers in their age groups and reflect outstanding efforts throughout the competition.
