We are covering topics designed for players that already have a strong skill set and want to push their abilities and Bball IQ even further.
Topics Being Taught to Athletes:
- Elite dynamic warm up
- explain how and why we are moving in these pathways
- Ball Manipulation
- move the ball around our frame without moving our feet
- make the ball feel sticky in their hands
- Ball Handling Warm Up
- Making reads when setting/receiving off ball screens
- Making reads when setting/receiving on ball screens
- Using retreat dribbles to create space and then reattack
- Elite pivot breakdowns to shift a defender and create a gap to attack
