The Kung Fu taught in our classes focuses on attacking while evading opponents' attacks. Defences are generally done from a distance while attacks are quick and accurate. As a student learns more they move from general attack regions to specific points using pressure point strikes. One of the key features of our style is that a student doesn't need to be stronger or bigger than their opponent. Ins
