The Off Season

Alright Grande Prairie!

We’ve heard you loud and clear. We’ve been asked numerous times to host our own fall/winter clinics and we’re going to make it happen! We’re starting with Sundays and we will see where it goes with player registration and the overall interest. Once we gage how many players we will have, we will have more details and info regarding the camps!

We want to provide our players a chance to stay consistent with not only baseball as a whole but with coaching and development being the key factor for our groups. How many times have you signed up for a clinic and there are a 100 kids and 3 coaches. The players just don’t get what they need when it comes to their progress and development.

We just want to provide another option for our parents and players. We’ve made a really good name for ourselves in the ball world on the coaching side of things and this is the next big step.

What a way to start a week!

I’ve had the biggest smile on my face ever these last few days and possibly shed a few tears... I’ve been bombarded with parents and players sending us messages and photos of all their big wins and it’s the coolest feeling in the world. We get the chance to work with so many players and watching their success on and off the diamond is about as good as it gets.

Miah Gillis with the WCBA gold medal for the 14u Team Alberta girls and was an absolute force for her team this tournament. That girl is a stud and I’ll always be on of her biggest fans.

The 15u AA boys took down the Western Championships and finished their year on the highest of notes. We’ve been privleged to coach almost every player on that team one on one so that team and group of parents mean a lot to us and we’re so proud of the season they had.

We had a few players we coach represent Grande Prairie at the Alberta indigenous Games with the Peace Region Young Guns and won the tier 1 championships! Those 3 boys have so much love and passion for the game so I know they were huge additions to that team.

This just goes to show that the more work you put in the higher chance of success and moments like this make every coaching session worth it. Thank you for sending us all these awesome photos. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of so many ball journeys!!!

WCBA CHAMPIONS!!!

Your 15u AA Red’s just had one of the best seasons any team from Grande Prairie has ever seen and are coming home with another gold medal!! They went undefeated all weekend long and never looked back.

Congrats to all the players, their families, the coaching staff and everyone in involved. You all deserve it and everyone back home is beyond proud of you.

We’re honestly a little overwhelmed but so excited to be receiving the amount of messages and emails regarding our one on one coaching for the fall and winter months. We’re very privileged to have the opportunity to coach and work with so many athletes and can’t everyone enough for the support.

Even though it’s an amazing problem to have. We have so many players that book weekly and sometimes two sessions a week, on a full time basis with a specific coach and eventually we run out of full time slots which makes sneaking in new players and or walk ins a little tougher.

If you’re looking for a full time slot this off season we do have a few slots left with a couple coach’s or we can also add you to the cancellation list and get you in when we have the opportunity.
