BREAKING NEWS
We finally discovered the most painful spinal condition…
🍪 Running out of cookies.
Here’s the thing.
A disc bulge can hurt.
A perfectly normal MRI can hurt.
A scary looking spine can have no pain at all.
And some people with a “terrible” MRI are out golfing every weekend.
Pain doesn’t come with an imaging report.
It comes from a nervous system deciding whether you need protection.
Treat the person.
Not the picture.
(But definitely eat the cookies before someone else does.)

As I build Dynamic Wellness, I’m trying to create more than just a logo—I’m building a brand with purpose. My hope is that Dynamic Wellness will represent resilience, growth, movement, and the confidence to move through every stage of life. I want it to feel welcoming, empowering, and trustworthy—a place where people feel heard, supported, and encouraged to move beyond pain with confidence. As you vote, I’d love for you to think about which logo best captures those values and that feeling. Thank you for being part of this journey! 💚
If you can like or love, or comment, on your favourite logo - I would truly appreciate your input!

Truly can't wait to see where we're at in a year! I'm building back the foundation of a strong and stabilized core for optimal function and know I will build back stronger than ever 💪🏼

✨ My Diastasis Recti Healing Update (Real & Unfiltered) ✨
Immediately postpartum, I had about a 4-finger width diastasis recti. (First video was 9 days postpartum)
Now, at almost 3 weeks postpartum, I’m closer to a 1-finger width 👏 (Second video is today, 18 days postpartum)
And no—this wasn’t from crunches, planks, or “ab workouts.”
Here’s what I’ve been focusing on:
🫁 Breathing exercises to reconnect with my deep core
🌸 Pelvic floor + breath coordination (they’re meant to work together!)
🧠 RAPID neurofascial reset along my linea alba to help restore connection between body and nervous system.
But here’s the most important part 👇
👉 Closing the gap is not the main goal.
👉 Function is the goal ‼️
You can have a small gap and still have poor core function, pain, or leaking.
And you can have a wider gap with great strength, control, and stability.
✨ Core function > aesthetic closure
✨ Connection > intensity
✨ Healing > rushing the process
If you’re immediately postpartum (or years postpartum!), gentle, intentional work can make a HUGE difference—your body isn’t broken, and it’s never too late to reconnect with your core.

Happy New Year to you all!
Thank you to those of you who have continued to follow and support me, who have reached out during difficult times and who never wavered even when I grew distant and quiet.
Thank you for continuing to trust me to provide treatment and exercise and allowing me a space in your journey! Whether it be one of growth or healing, I am grateful to each one of you. I look forward to getting back to work after we welcome our sweet new addition and being able to work with you all again!
I know 2026 is going to hold so many moments of growth, change and perseverance for me, and I hope it does for you too 🤍🎊
