WOW! Our Parent Team really jumped in FULL FORCE last night! 🎉

We absolutely LOVE the vibes, energy, and fun that comes from sharing the cheer experience with our amazing parents and adults coming out of retirement!

Some are trying cheer for the very first time, while others are retired cheerleaders from another era, and let’s just say, cheerleading has changed A LOT!

We’re so excited to share their child’s favourite sport with them and watch them learn, laugh, challenge themselves, and have an absolute blast along the way! 🥰

Ready to start your allstar cheerleading journey? ✨ Our Half-Year Prep teams are the perfect introduction to Capital City Elite!

No experience needed! Athletes ages 4–12 will learn a fun routine while building a strong foundation in:

With one practice per week, our Prep program offers a lower time and financial commitment while still giving athletes the full allstar experience!

Athletes will:

These Leading Ladies are all first-time U8 athletes, and we couldn’t be prouder!

We see these girls working hard every week, and the improvement they’re making is incredible. It’s pretty clear at practices that tumbling is their favourite element, but last night we saw some HUGE progress in stunting!

The coaches were so excited to see their hard work paying off that we couldn’t wait to take photos and show off their progress to our fellow coaches and parents.

And of course, those well-deserved stickers made their way onto our goal board! ⭐️

Way to go, Leading Ladies! We are so proud of you! 💕

Fridays are for fun and cheer! - LEARN TO CHEER AND TUMBLE TOTS

⭐️ We still have room in our 4-week trial sessions before our fall programming begins! These sessions are the perfect opportunity to try cheer or tumbling without committing to a full season or term.

Athletes will:
* Learn cheer and tumbling fundamentals
* Meet our coaches
* Build confidence and new skills
* Make new friends and future teammates

We have something for our youngest tumblers too!

⭐️Our Tumble Tots program is a fun, structured, play-based class designed to introduce little ones to movement in a safe and engaging environment. Through games and age-appropriate activities, children will build balance, coordination, confidence, and social skills, all while having lots of fun!

This is a parent participation class and is open to children 15 months up to their 3rd birthday. It’s the perfect first step into tumbling and an exciting way to stay active together!
