Precision Pilates exclusively offers the Authentic Pilates Method. We are the only fully equipped Authentic Pilates studio east of Boston and Toronto. Our Senior teachers offer a minimum of 1200 hours of teacher training, while our teachers have more than 800 hours of training each. Our team of experts will lead you to your goals, no matter where that is.

If you’ve been in the studio lately, you’ve probably seen Sarah and Mariah completing their apprenticeship hours as part of the Authentic Pilates Canada Teacher Training Program.
Throughout their apprenticeship, you’ll see them observing classes, practicing their teaching, and continuing to build the skills and experience needed to become certified Pilates instructors.
