The real star of the show! ❤️🐶❤️. Our final morning flow class, we were joined by this lovely gal! She made her rounds around the room, sharing love to each and every person. She added the perfect energy and smiled to end our class. Even resting in Savasana with some people.

Everyday starts with a gentle yoga series …. an afternoon workshop and closing with Yin combined with massage (with 3 RMTs). Yesterday’s workshop focussed on binds and twists… even more exploration and fun to come! 🙏🏻 ❤️
