The Woodstock Intermediate Shiretowners and Grand Falls Cataracts de Grand-Sault are back at it tonight in Game 3 of the CCIBL finals.
First pitch is set for 7:30 p.m. at Veterans Field in Grand Falls.
The Shiretowners evened the best-of-five series with a 5-4 walk off win on Monday night in Woodstock.
The winner of this series will advance to the Intermediate A provincials hosted by the Dalhousie McIntyre Refrigeration Dodgers from Sept. 11-13. Other teams participating at the tournament are the Newcastle A&B Lumber Cardinals of the MVBL and the SNBBL winner between the Saint John Angels Intermediate Baseball and the Dieppe Intermediate Cardinals. Dieppe currently leads the best-of-five series 2-1.

The Cataracts lead the best-of-five series 1-0 after a 15-2 win in Game 1 on Friday night.
Game 3 takes place on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. in Grand Falls.

The Woodstock Intermediate Shiretowners advanced to the CCIBL Finals after picking up a 17-5 win ,in five innings, over the Launchpad Sports Expos in Game 5 on Tuesday night, to win the series 3-2.
Clint Hitchcock was the winning pitcher.
Noah Rogers had a double and a single for the Shiretowners. Kaden Graham had a pair of hits.
Cam Gilliam was the losing pitcher.
Gillam helped his own cause with a pair of hits.
Woodstock will face the Grand Falls Cataracts de Grand-Sault in the best-of five final, starting on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Grand Falls at Veterans Field.

Best of luck to all four Fredericton area players who were picked up by Chatham for the Senior Nationals. All four have spent time in the CCIBL.

The Woodstock Intermediate Shiretowners forced a fifth and deciding game in the CCIBL semifinal series with a 11-6 win over the Launchpad Sports Expos on Sunday in Game 4.
The series is now tied 2-2.
The Shiretowners defeated the Expos 9-6 on Thursday in Game 3.
Game 5 is set for Tuesday night at Royals Field. First pitch is set for 7 p.m.
The winner will advance to face the Grand Falls Cataracts de Grand-Sault in the finals.
Grand Falls won 7-6 on Thursday over the Orioles to win that series 3-0.
The Grand Falls Cataracts de Grand-Sault and the Launchpad Sports can punch their ticket to the CCIBL finals with wins in their respective series tonight at Royals Field.
The Expos lead the best-of-five CCIBL Semifinal series 2-0 over the Woodstock Intermediate Shiretowners after winning 9-8 and 10-0. The Cataracts lead the Devon Boys Property Maintenance Orioles 2-0 after winning 2-1 and 5-3.
Woodstock and the Expos play at 6:30 p.m. while the Cataracts and Orioles will follow at 8:30 p.m.
