A great summer with our first-ever Basketball Academy!🏀

This summer marked our first step into basketball training, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of athletes to get it started.

Week after week, these athletes brought energy, competed, challenged themselves, and continued to build their skills on the court. Watching the group become more confident and comfortable as the summer went on was one of the highlights of the program.

Thank you to every athlete who was part of our very first basketball group and trusted us with their development.

Our first Nova Scotia Academy is officially in the books! 🏐

We’re incredibly grateful to every athlete who took a chance on our program and joined us for our first year in Nova Scotia.

Throughout the summer, this group showed up ready to work, learn, compete, and improve. It was awesome to see the progress they made from the first session to the last.

A few athletes are missing from the photos, but we want to recognize everyone who was part of the Academy and contributed to such a great first summer!

Thank you to all of our athletes for the effort and commitment you brought each week, and to the families who supported them along the way.

Wrapping up our Volleyball Academy posts with our 15U Boys and 17U Girls! 🏐

Unfortunately, we lost our group photos for these two groups, so we did our best to put together photos of as many athletes as we could. We know we missed a few, as we didn’t have individual photos of everyone — but every athlete was an important part of these groups!

These athletes put in a ton of work throughout the summer, committing to on-court training, workouts, and mental performance sessions each week.

We’re extremely proud of the commitment, growth, and effort we saw from both groups. Thank you for being part of our Academy this summer! 💪🏐

Throughout the Academy, these athletes committed to four training sessions each week, combining on-court practices, strength & conditioning, and mental performance sessions.

It was a demanding 2 month schedule, and we couldn’t be more proud of the work, commitment, and growth we saw from these athletes throughout the summer.

Thank you to every athlete who showed up ready to work, compete, and get better. We’re incredibly proud of the commitment, growth, and hard work these athletes showed throughout the summer. It was amazing to see the progress they made and the way they continued to push themselves each week.

🏀 WOODSTOCK BASKETBALL CAMP 🏀

We’re excited to be bringing an Ethos Athletics Basketball Camp to Woodstock this summer! Join us at the AYR Motor Centre for a full week of high-energy training, competition, and fun led by Mark Tobin.

Whether your athlete is looking to improve their skills, build confidence, or simply enjoy the game with a great group of players, this camp is designed to create an awesome experience for everyone involved.

⏰ Grades 3–5
9:00AM – 12:00PM

🏐 INTRODUCING THE ETHOS ELITE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM 🏐

As athletes progress through volleyball, the difference between a good player and a great player is often found in the details.

The Elite Performance Program is a complete athlete development program designed for athletes who are serious about maximizing their potential throughout the club season.

Built around five key pillars of athlete development:

🏐 Position-Specific Volleyball Training
💪 Strength & Conditioning
🧠 Mental Performance
🎥 Coach Led Athlete Game Video Analysis and Mentorship
📈 HUDL Athlete Development Platform

Designed to complement club volleyball, the Elite Performance Program includes one position-specific practice session, one Strength & Conditioning session, and one Mental Performance session each week, along with bi-weekly individual coach video analysis—providing athletes with the individualized coaching and development needed to become more confident, more skilled, physically stronger, and mentally prepared throughout the season.

Training groups are intentionally limited to a maximum of 6 athletes per position to maximize individualized coaching and meaningful feedback.
