Come join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 6am for the Morning Meltdown. Two months of two days a week is only $100. $140 for two months and all three classes. Next session starts next week.

Due to the Canada Day holiday on Wednesday, July 1, the morning meltdown class will held at 9am. Come on and join us!

🚨☀️Summer hours notice: Please note that for June, July, and August we will only be offering a 6 pm class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will resume 7:20 pm classes in the fall when attendance picks back up. We hope all members enjoy the sunshine and beautiful weather while it lasts 😅

When booking for evening classes, make sure to do so before 4pm. This gives us enough time to confirm appointments and determine if there are enough numbers to run two classes. See you next class! 🥊
