September is around the corner and I am bringing back Spin class!

Witnessing transformation at its finest! Courtney's journey is a testament to the power of dedication and smart choices, with an impressive 130lbs lost in 2 years. No extreme measures, no marathon gym sessions - just a healthy lifestyle approach. As a busy RN, wife and mother of three, (13 and twin 7 year olds!) Courtney's achievement is truly inspiring. We crafted a personalized plan to fit her tight schedule, and the results speak volumes. Not only did she shed over 130lbs, but as a diabetic she has successfully eliminated the need for insulin. Courtney's momentum didn't stop there; she took the stage with WNBF Canada in the NEW YOU category and emerged victorious. Her kindness, motivation, and spirit make her an incredible person, and I'm honored to be part of her journey. I'm beyond proud of Courtney Herlick accomplishments and excited for the next chapter 🩷💪🏼.
