Dear Students & to the Community,

The decision to close the studio has not been an easy one, yet it is a necessary one.

The studio has held and seen so many people and been home to our founding members, we have laughed cried, sweat, and made deep friendships, to say the least it’s been a very special time, one that sits deep and is cherished.

A note from Jasta: “The decision to close the studio has taken some time to make, it’s been a dream of mine to have my own space to teach movement my way and this community welcomed me with open arms. You not only welcomed me, you let me lead you, you let me grow as a leader in all areas, you created space for me to lean into what sets my soul on fire and I mean who could ask for anything more?
You all know I don’t beat around the bush so here’s the truth, the affordability of operating the studio in its current form is no longer feasible and my energy is tapped out. For this reason the last class is May 24th.

To the teachers, to this day I still can’t believe you all followed me 😂 and the friendships we have made throughout it are long lasting, I am so lucky to have gotten to know you all and had the pleasure of reaping the benefits of your teaching gifts.

To my current students, I am not able to stop teaching at this point 😂 so you can bet there will be classes for us to continue our growth together, stay tuned for that.

I will be sharing my future offerings & partnerships so be sure to get in on the mailing list when offered.

I can’t say thank you enough, this experience has literally changed me, I am not the same person and the healing that I have experienced has been exponential, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU 🩷!”

The studio will continue to run the current schedule of classes in May 24th - all passes will be honoured -

Please note our studio is OPEN and we want to end this chapter on a high note so if you haven’t come in for a while, please do🩷 we want to see you!

Endings are always a little hard and we want to ease it a little by showing up as best we can for you.
