It’s officially summer! General shooting will now be hosted at the outdoor range unless otherwise specified for the season. With the short summers and load of activities to do in the area we will be open for General shooting on:

Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm.

Remember Adult and Family Memberships get 24/7 access to our facilities. We are also looking for member volunteers who would be willing to help open the range - especially if we want additional days of the week added to the current calendar.

We will be at the indoor range this evening August 5, 2026, due to weather.

Due to our volunteers all being busy, the Archery club will be closed this evenin, Wednesday, July 29. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Backcountry is currently looking to fill the following positions:

Full-time receiver.
(4-5 days a week, very flexible hours/days)

Full-time front counter/ floor salesperson

Part-time guncounter
Weekend Warrior hours (Sat & Sun)
Archery knowledge a big bonus
