Two ways to spend an August evening in the flower field 💐

FLOWERS & FLOW: Vinyasa + U-Pick
Aug 10 & 24, 6:30 to 8:30pm

Move through a guided vinyasa practice on the grass, surrounded by thousands of blooms swaying in the breeze. Then wander the field and hand pick up to 25 stems for your own bouquet.

BLOOMS & BREATH: Yin + U-Pick
Aug 17 & 31, 6:30 to 8:30pm

Pick your bouquet first, while the evening sun settles over the field. Then roll out your mat for a slow, grounding yin practice to close the night.

Both evenings include a guided class with Candace [Romanow] Soderberg] Soderberg, admission to the flower field, and up to 25 farm fresh stems to take home.
