People are always asking what I do to stay healthy and how I stay consistent. For me, it comes down to a few simple habits that I make a priority most days -balanced meals, movement, strength training, enough protein, hydration, sleep, and taking care of my body.

When things don’t go exactly as planned, I don’t try to “make up for it” or wait until Monday to start again. I simply return to the habits that help me feel my best. Health isn’t built through perfect days. It’s built by consistently coming back to the basics, even when life gets busy.

Motivation won’t always be there, and that’s okay. Discipline is built by continuing to show up, even on the days you don’t feel like preparing a balanced meal, moving your body, or following your routine.

You won't always feel motivated to prepare a balanced meal or move your body, but continuing to show up for yourself is what creates consistency. Every choice you make strengthens the habits you're building and reflects the lifestyle you're working toward. 🤍

These chocolate chip protein bites have become one of mine and my family's favourite snacks to prep for the week. They’re soft, chocolatey, easy to grab on busy days, and made with simple ingredients. They’re a great option when your sweet tooth hits or you’re simply craving something sweet but still want a snack that feels satisfying. 🍪

Reminder: healthy eating doesn’t mean cutting out the foods you enjoy. It’s about finding balance and making choices that support you most of the time:)

Consistency isn’t always exciting, but it’s what creates results. Confidence grows every time you follow through on a promise you made to yourself. Every balanced meal, workout, walk, and supportive choice is another vote for the healthier lifestyle you're working toward. 🤍

A lot of women try to jump straight into weight loss without first addressing what may be making progress difficult in the first place. Before entering a fat-loss phase, your body should be properly supported. That means eating enough nutrients, maintaining muscle, managing stress, prioritizing sleep and recovery, supporting digestion, and building consistent daily habits.

Yes, fat loss requires a calorie deficit. But when the foundation is not in place, you may feel exhausted, overly hungry, struggle with cravings, and find it difficult to maintain the process. These challenges can still creep in during a well-planned fat-loss phase, but they should not be your normal every day.

Fat loss is not simply about eating less and moving more. Sometimes the first step is addressing what your body needs so it is in a better place to respond when a deficit is introduced🤍

These rice cake combinations are one of my favourite quick lunches during the summer. They’re fresh, easy to prepare, full of texture, and can be customized with whatever protein and vegetables you already have at home.

The rice cakes provide a light, crunchy base, but the toppings are what turn them into a balanced and satisfying meal. Each option includes a source of protein, fibre-rich vegetables, and healthy fats to support steady energy and help keep you full throughout the afternoon.

Egg Salad Crunch
Eggs provide high-quality protein and healthy fats, while the Greek yogurt adds extra protein and keeps the mixture creamy. Add sprouts, cucumber, peppers, or onion for freshness, fibre, and additional nutrients.

Fresh Tuna Salad
Tuna is a convenient lean protein that supports muscle maintenance and recovery. Mixing it with Greek yogurt creates a lighter, protein-rich filling, while vegetables add crunch, colour, fibre, and vitamins.

Turkey and Cottage Cheese Stack
Turkey and cottage cheese work together to provide plenty of protein. Tomato and arugula add freshness and fibre, while avocado adds healthy fats that make the meal more satisfying and flavourful.

By combining protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and vegetables, you can create a quick lunch that supports your goals and keeps you energized without spending hours in the kitchen.

You'll find my tuna salad recipe on my page, and if you'd like the recipe for the egg salad, send me a DM! 🤍

If your healthy habits only exist during a challenge, before a vacation, or until life gets busy, they're probably not built to last. The goal isn't to follow a perfect routine for a few weeks. It's to build habits that fit your lifestyle so you can keep showing up through busy seasons, weekends, vacations, and everything in between.

With my clients, we focus on creating a realistic approach that supports their goals and is sustainable enough to become part of the way they live. 🤍

This is one of my favourite lunches during the summer because it's quick, fresh, and easy to customize with whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Tuna is a great source of high-quality protein, which helps support muscle maintenance, keeps you feeling satisfied between meals, and makes it easier to build a balanced meal. Pairing it with plenty of vegetables adds fibre, vitamins, and crunch, while the Greek yogurt keeps it creamy and adds even more protein.

Ingredients:
• 1 can tuna, drained
• Greek yogurt
• Mustard
• Yellow pepper
• Red onion
• Celery
• Sprouts
• Salt & pepper

Method:
Drain the tuna, then mix it with the Greek yogurt and mustard. Stir in the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy on its own, in a wrap, on toast, or over a salad.

One of the most valuable parts of my coaching isn’t just receiving a workout or nutrition plan, it’s what happens during our weekly check-ins. This is where we look at the bigger picture. We'll talk about your nutrition, energy, sleep, stress, routine, progress, and any challenges you're currently facing.

Sometimes we need to improve recovery, create more balanced meals, increase protein, adjust your routine, or find a strategy that fits your current season of life. These conversations allow us to recognize what’s working, identify what may be holding you back, and make intentional adjustments so you can continue moving forward!
