The Junior Moose came to Halifax with a goal in mind, a plan in place, and they got the job done!
The weekend was filled with determination, resilience, and outstanding teamwork as the boys finished the round robin with a 3-1 record, battled through a thrilling 1-0 shootout victory in the semifinal, and capped it all off with a 3-1 Gold Medal win over the Blueberry Bulldogs!
⭐ A special shout-out to Aussie Wheeler, who scored a hat trick to lead the way in the championship game!
Every player gave everything they had, playing with heart, grit, and an unwavering commitment to each other. This group never quit, trusted the process, and earned every moment of this championship.
The Junior Moose are bringing home GOLD from the Hockey Benders Cup 2026 in beautiful Nova Scotia! 🥇🫎
Beyond the hockey, our players and families had an amazing weekend exploring Halifax, making memories that will last a lifetime. From the time spent together off the ice to celebrating this championship, it was the perfect way to wrap up another unforgettable season.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our families and friends who travelled to Halifax to cheer us on, and to everyone who watched the live streams, sent messages, and supported us throughout the weekend. Your encouragement meant so much to our team.
