Over the last 3 weeks, the most frequent question we have received is “what will happen to my punch passes once Exhale closes?”

We are so blessed to have amazing friends at incredible studios and fitness centres here in YMM who are ready to welcome you with open arms. If you have punch passes remaining and looking to check out another space, there are options:

Celebrate all the colours of the rainbow at Exhale Yoga & Barre with our annual PRIDE YOGA CLASS! A "Pay What You Can" class with all proceeds going toward Pride YMM to help support their initiatives for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community here in Fort McMurray. This is a beginner-friendly yoga practice for everyone who wants to celebrate Pride. We believe that yoga is for everybody and every BODY, regardless of ethnicity, age, shape, size or ability. Regardless of gender or sexual orientation. This will be a special class inclusive to everyone; Yoga for all!

🚨IMPORTANT STUDIO UPDATE🚨

This last week has been full of difficult conversation and even tougher decisions. When we put the studio up for sale, it was with full intention to carry on “business as usual” until the right buyer came along. The reality of the situation is that since this announcement was made, we have witnessed a major decline in numbers, including cancelled memberships, low sales, and the smallest class sizes we have seen since opening in 2020. Unfortunately due to these circumstances, we can no longer sustain the studio.

Exhale Yoga & Barre will be closing its doors on June 30th, 2023. What does this mean for you?

✨UNLIMITED MEMBERS: memberships have been price adjusted to reflect the amount of days remaining in June. All memberships will be officially terminated July 1st.

✨PUNCH PASS HOLDERS: please use the remaining 3 weeks to join us for classes. We are currently searching for new homes for all unused punch passes - stay tuned.

✨ALL OTHER MEMBERS: join us for classes with our closing rates!

Our hearts are heavy, but also full with all the memories, love & community created throughout the last 3 years. It’s WARM outside!! Have you been looking to find classes in town that are NOT hot? 🥵 We’ve got you covered!

At Exhale, we strive to provide a welcoming & safe environment for ALL to practice in. Our studio is kept at a warm, comfortable temperature of 24 degrees, allowing our bodies to move and adjust with ease, while utilizing the breath & movement to build body heat from the inside out; to work safely for our sweat (if we want it). At this temperature, we have the freedom and space to use props such as bolsters, and to confidently play with poses such as inversions, twists, back bends and arm balances, or get the blood flowing in Barre, Pilates or fitness. Whether you want to sweat or not we have a class for you, and our team promises to keep you safe & comfortable throughout your journey.
