Over 33 lbs lost between these 3 women so far 👏🏻
And there’s a lot more behind those graphs than just fat loss.
One spent time reverse dieting and eating at maintenance while we worked through food struggles, stress, travel, major life changes and supported what was going on with her thyroid and insulin before moving into a deficit. She’s now down over 13 lbs.
One came to me after being stuck between 160–170 lbs for about a year and a half. She was sometimes exercising for up to 4 hours a day, exhausting herself, getting sore for days and then taking a week off. Now she’s training less, strength training consistently, paying attention to her nutrition and steps, feeling stronger, seeing muscle development and is down over 9 lbs.
And one is a busy working mom who wanted to prioritize her own health without missing out on summer with her family. Camping still happened. Family time still happened. Life still happened. And she’s down around 11 lbs while prioritizing making her goals fit into all of it.
Same goal but three completely different starting points and three different lives.
The foundations are the same but how we apply them can look very different. And that’s exactly how I coach.
So dang proud of these women and the work they’ve put in!! 💪🏻💚

Things happen… like partially dislocating your knee on the dance floor at your wedding. 😬🫠
Was being fully sidelined for 6–8 weeks part of the plan? Absolutely not.
And I’d be lying if I said going from being on my feet all day, training, working and doing whatever I want to basically having to sit on my ass hasn’t been an adjustment. 😂
But this is also one of those times where I have to take my own advice.
I can’t change what happened and I definitely can’t rush the recovery process. What I can do is shift my priorities for a while and focus on giving my body the best chance to heal.
And maybe take advantage of being forced to slow down and crush my reading goal while I’m at it. 📚
The routine looks a whole lot different right now but that doesn’t mean it’s gone completely.
Sometimes staying on track just requires a pivot! 💚

Summer does not have to end with you feeling like you need to start all over again.
You do not need to overhaul everything because summer got busy, workouts were missed or your usual habits took a back seat.
You need some structure, a plan and a few key habits you can start building back into your days.
That’s what Become StrongHER: Fall Into Routine is.
8 weeks of workouts, personalized nutrition + habits, support and accountability alongside a group of women doing the same.
Workouts. Nutrition. Habits. Accountability.
August 24th – October 18th.
Summer is winding down. Your goals aren’t.
Message me FALL to join. 🧡

Everyone has an opinion… yet very few have the same lived experience.
Before we tell someone to “just love yourself,” “just be confident,” or “just try harder,” it’s worth remembering that we don’t always know the battles they’re fighting.
A little more empathy goes a long way.
Which slide resonated with you most? 💚

Most women don’t quit because nothing is happening.
They quit because progress doesn’t look how they expected.
They expected linear… they got fluctuations.
They expected fast… they got real life.
And that’s where most people bail.
Not because the plan failed because they stopped before the trend had time to reveal itself. 💚

People are wildly inaccurate when guessing what certain weights or clothing sizes actually look like on women.
I’m 5’10 and around 225 lb while wearing roughly an XL or size 14.
For some people, those numbers probably paint a very different picture than what you see in these photos.
That’s because we’ve attached way too much meaning to two numbers: body weight and clothing size.
Yes… those numbers can provide some information but they rarely tell the whole story.
They don’t account for height, frame, bone structure, muscle mass, body composition, genetics, hormones, or where someone naturally stores body fat.
They also don’t account for the fact that the exact same body can look drastically different depending on angle, posture, lighting, clothing, inflammation or time of the month.
Two women can weigh the same and wear the same size… and look nothing alike.
And no two people will have the exact same definition of what “fit,” “healthy,” or “athletic” even looks like.
So before you compare your body, your weight, or your size to someone else’s, please remember this:
A body cannot be summed up by two numbers. 💚
