Our good friend Stu with 2 more 19” 💀 Alberta Black Bears! That’s 5 trophy bears he’s taken with us and counting. 3 giant blacks, a blonde and a chocolate. Next on the hit list, MOB - Minute of Booner.
Stu is a pleasure to hunt with and has some great campfire stories as well. We always look forward to getting together with you Stu, the hunting part is just a bonus. Until our next adventure, cheers!

The new Apex fleet! We’ll be riding in comfort and style at bear camp.. We can’t wait to get out there running baits!!
WERE BACK!!! It’s been a while since we’ve posted. Both of us (Teddy & Stephen) have been trying to work out the details of how we’re going to make things work with both of us having some career changes, and it’s finally coming together. The future is looking bright for Alberta Apex Outfitters! For 2025 we’ll be running a smaller camp, only taking a couple bears off our baits, while still running all our baits right through the full season. Adding some bait stations and keeping the bears fed and happy. For 2026 we’ll be running full boar!! No pun intended…With very little hunting in our area this season, some upgrades to our tree stands and camp, we’re ready to hit a home run again in 2026! We still have lots of work to do this year and we’re looking forward to it. ... 🇨🇦

A chocolate bear, a blonde bear and a giant black bear walk into a bar…. And Stu puts the hammer down on them all! No joke.. Stu has had a couple stellar seasons with us taking these 3 amazing trophy bears 👏🏽

Week 1 is in the books! It was a great week with an awesome group. Despite battling some harsh weather that slowed things down, our hunters pulled through and tagged out. Aside from the cold wet nights in the stands we were all in good company and shared a lot of good times together at camp while eating some of the best camp cooked meals and deserts we’ve ever had!
A big shout out to Crystal for keeping us all very well fed, hot coffee always ready and the stoves stoked! 👏🏽
New group of hunters coming in tomorrow and we can’t wait to do it all over again, hopefully with some better weather 🤞🏽
