Join me outside for a yoga class catered to those who attend and enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and all the benefits of moving your body!! Please bring your yoga props. A blanket, hat, sunscreen and wear layers to add or remove.

All classes this year will be at Oaklands park! There is a parking lot near the bathroom at the bottom of the park (Kings rd) or street parking at the top of the park (Ryan st).

In this practice we mobilize the SI joint, open up the upper back and chest, work deep core in a creative way and strengthen the glutes… plus lots of other juicy moments.
