Reminder to all campers: We're back at the comp this week to start the second half of the summer session. We built the foundation for the first 5 weeks , now it's time to Amp up the intensity and feed the wolves.

Perfect night to train. The kids worked hard and I can literally see the difference in em' week to week. I took em to that uncomfortable place and then gave them the option to pack it up if they were done. Then I heard those magical words from amongst the crowd......'I wanna go again' then another chimed in 'I want one more' absolute music 🎶 to my ears 💪👊
