CLIENT SHOUTOUT

If you want results like youโve never had before, then youโre gonna have to do something youโve never done before.
If you want to loose the weight for good and not gain it back you must:
1. Gain a new outlook on food. Food is fuel for our bodies and should be treated that way first. That doesnโt mean you cant still have foods you like, but some of those foods should be consumed in moderation.
2. Work out in accordance to your goals. Whether youโre wanting to loose fat, build muscle or get stronger, there are certain ways to work out for each goal.
3. Follow a meal plan that is specifically tailored to your needs

4.5 MONTH TRANSFORMATION
Oct 2018 to Mar 2019
This is not the best transformation possible, so donโt think this is the best thatโs available. If you train harder and are more dedicated than I was, YOU WILL GET EVEN BETTER RESULTS!
Iโm posting this one to show you guys that I too am not blessed with amazing genetics.. I get a little soft and over weight from eating bad and not exercising as well.
I have ups and downs in life.. get discouraged and fall off track sometimes. Thatโs life. But that isnโt your final destination.
If you choose to make a change, and have a big enough reason WHY you want that change.. then anything is possible for you if youโre willing to put in the work.
