1st set = Everything rose together smoothly.
2nd set = Hips took off first & got greasy.
Coach feedback = Lost my lats in the wedge so the bar swung forward.
βAdded unnecessary level of effortβ π€£π«.
The big win is knowing I can muscle up 400lb even when it tries to run away.

After several months of battling to train at all, things are starting to feel better - mentally and physically.
So a cut is underway as I may hit the platform again next month, if the body stays feeling fresh these next couple weeks.
Now the real struggle is to be inside a gym when itβs finally nice out. π
