At Yoga In the Loft the focus is with your well being. We will work on areas in the body that are the trigger points for many health issues. Including increasing circulation, movement and strength in your body. The poses are held from 1-20min. Yoga4backs Beyond - Find relief from back and neck issues. Yoga in the Loft is closed on Easter Sunday. Have a happy one!
Deepen your practice with me by staying for another hour on Sundays at 2pm. No time for 2 hours no problem! Enjoy an hour of restorative, stretches and rolling out tension. The second hour is exploring the standing poses and inversions.
