Summer is fading, routines are coming back, and for many of us it's the best time to focus hard on fitness, health, and training before Christmas and winter muck it up 🥶 (Sorry for bringing it up so soon).

Spitfire was in Quebec city last weekend for FLC Fighter League Championship. Rachel Belliveau and Joshua Nason represented us very well, with Rachel winning decisively and Josh taking a decision loss that surprised us. Both fighters showed great improvement since their last fights, and were able to execute everything they practiced in training camp. Their opponents were game and well prepared, which made their skills show all the more.

I'm very proud of them both.

Spitfire is back in action on June 6th in Quebec City! Our own Rachel Belliveau tries to maintain her unbeaten streak in a rematch, and Joshua Nason steps in for his third amateur match.

This match is organised by Fighter League Championship, and will be available on pay per view! Please tune in to support Rachel and Josh. Members of our gym will be able to watch the fights at the gym on the night.

I hope the Holidays were good to you, and I hope that Spitfire will continue to be a part of your plans for 2026. I've had a wonderful year with all of you. I'm infinitely grateful for the wonderful group of people that make up our gym. From adult classes, to teens, to little kids, Spitfire is full of individuals that I enjoy teaching, spending time with, and learning from. It is a pleasure to watch and guide your progress, and to see so many of you extract from this sport the many wonderful lessons and experiences that I once did.

Let's jump into the new year. Hopefully we'll win some fights, improve our fitness, build strong healthy habits, and have a great time doing it!

Hi everyone, as summer comes to an end, I'm really looking forward to seeing all of our new and returning members over the next few weeks. I've got an action packed curriculum planned for the fall meant to help us hit new fitness milestones, as well as improve your fighting knowledge and skill.

We also have some competitions in the works. So stay tuned for some of that.

It is my absolute pleasure to teach so many people about this wonderful sport!

Mobility class will be cancelled today. Technical class and advanced sparring will go ahead as usual.

Spitfire is getting back on the competition scene! We had a great night of wins this weekend. Two decisions victories for our very own Josh and Assalas! Who were able to overcome two towering and challenging opponents!

Please note that there will be no kids class this evening at 4:45pm. This closure is the result of rare circumstances.

The 6pm and 7:15pm classes will go ahead as usual.

Spitfire will be closed this evening because of the snow, but if you watch Rocky IV this evening, you may find some inspiration to get out there and workout outside!

Business as usual resumes on Monday.
