Back in Service!

Our shop is now fully relocated to Dieppe.

After 6 great years serving the local MTB community, I’ve decided it’s time for me to sell Gear Down Suspensions and move on to a new chapter. I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s supported the shop over the years — it’s truly meant a lot.

I’m happy to share that Daniel Sonier of Dieppe will be taking over as the new owner. He’s currently getting up to speed and putting in the work to continue what Gear Down Suspensions has been all about, with the same focus on quality service you’ve come to expect.

Gear Down Suspensions will be temporarily closed during the transition, with plans to reopen in August or early September.

I will still be involved as a Technical Advisor for Daniel for at least the first two years. However, all inquiries and business will now be handled by Daniel.

Looking forward to seeing Gear Down Suspensions continue on strong.

The lowers on this Fox38 fork was pressurizing causing the fork to violently rebound with no control. An air spring rebuild did the trick, found a defective seal inside. Crazy how little it takes to impede the performance of these modern forks!
