Doshu’s class has a nice collective energy in the morning. It’s nice to get the body moving in an aikido way, taking turns being tori and uke. I like the spirit of practice.

It was a great weekend with Seki Sensei. So grateful to have him as an instructor. It was wonderful to connect with so many friends on and off the mats. Thank you to Ben Sensei and his dojo for hosting us.
