Aikido practice at the North Delta Recreation Centre in North Delta, British Columbia. Classes are mixed, and open to adults (18+) of all fitness levels.

North Delta Aikikai is our Aikido club at the North Delta Recreation Centre. Chief Instructor Kim Riddick Sensei has been practicing Aikido for over 30 years. He trained under Yukio Kawahara Shihan and is a student of Hayato Osawa Shihan of Aikido Headquarters Hombu Dojo in Tokyo, Japan. All
