The Outlaws Sports Development Program has been instrumental in Keir’s growth, both on and off the ice.

When Keir first started in the Varsity Program, he was only four years old - a little wild on the ice and just learning how to skate. After that first year with the Outlaws coaches, the change in him was incredible. They helped develop him into a more disciplined, focused, and confident skater. We always joked, “They changed him!”

From there, he moved into the Prep program, where the focus on edge work, passing, skill development, work ethic, and being a great teammate continued to shape him as both a player and a person.

We have always said that the Outlaws Program is some of the best money we have ever spent on Keir’s development. The individualized attention, encouragement, and genuine care the coaches have shown him over the years has been nothing short of amazing.

They didn’t just help develop the hockey player - they helped develop the kid. And we are truly grateful.

The 2026–2027 U13 PHL Outlaws season is about more than wins and losses. It’s about building character, leadership, resilience, teamwork, accountability, and confidence in a group of young athletes who proudly represent Fort McMurray across Alberta.

As our team prepares for another exciting season, we’re inviting local businesses and community partners to join us on the journey through sponsorship opportunities ranging from team apparel and equipment to Player of the Game recognition and showcase visibility.

We are excited to be hosting our annual summer camp in Fort McMurray,AB

Come train with the pros and work on all aspects of your game, bring your wish list of skills to work on and be ready to work hard.

Excited to have something for everyone whether your playing JPHL, PHL, HSL, HPL, JOB and or minor hockey. Multiple groups will be run throughout the day and include on ice along with off-ice / dryland. Summer Camp will be Open to U7 & older

Camp this summer will be lead by our pros Coach Jeff, Coach Shay & Coach Kim. This team will be bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
