Due to the advertisement of rental space in the same building as our gym we have been getting questions about closing.

We have no intentions of closing our fitness facility at this time!

We continue to explore ways to expand as we aim to enhance regional wellness for both our members and residents of our community!

🚨 Our Off ice hockey training is back ‼️

We will be offering summer off ice training for age groups U13-U15-U18!

The program will consist of group training at our fitness facility 3 days per week.

Costs is $150 per player per 4 week block.
