🐴 So... how does the 60-minute waitlist actually work?

We get this question a lot, especially when people see that our 60-minute Western riding program is full.

The good news? You can join the waitlist anytime.

Just fill out the waitlist form on our website and we’ll review your submission. We usually get back to you within 24–48 hours to let you know if we have any suitable options right away.

If we don’t have anything that fits, we’ll confirm that we’ve received your application and keep it on hand until something opens up.

A few things worth knowing:

👉 We don’t work strictly in order of applications received. Every submission is reviewed individually and spots are offered based on the best match for the horses, coaches, existing groups and available timeslots.

👉 It’s worth applying even if we’re halfway through a term. We don’t see a ton of movement once a term is underway, but things do occasionally change. If a spot opens up and we can make it work, we absolutely will.

👉 Don’t assume “full” means “don’t bother.” Sometimes the stars align and we can squeeze someone in.

👉 Keep an eye on your junk folder so you don't miss our email! If we reach out twice and do not receive a response, we move on to the next match.

And now that we have two indoor riding spaces, we have more flexibility than ever to make those pieces fit. 🐴
