Improve speed, power, edges, agility, and endurance before hockey season.

⛸️ Figure Skating Conditioning
Designed for figure skaters looking to rebuild skills after the summer and prepare for the season ahead. Focus on edges, stroking, turns, balance, flexibility, and skating-specific conditioning.

⛸️ CanSkate Starter Program
Perfect for new skaters or those wanting extra ice time before committing to a full season.

💡 More Flexibility Than Ever
✅ Register for conditioning only, Fall only, Winter only, or combine sessions
✅ CanSkate & CanPower families can choose 1, 2, or 3 skating days per week
✅ Updated CanPower times for families travelling from surrounding communities
