Hello Hens Friends!

Here’s a sneak peak of our exciting September schedule with the following changes, special events, and new offerings:

🐓 Starting Labour Day weekend, all Barre classes and our Wednesday Morning Hatha practice will move to a 9:30 am start time.

🐓 After Labour Day Hens Zen and Rest and Reset(coming back Sep 21!😄) will move to a 7:15pm start time.

🐓 Hali Love will be here from Costa Rica for her Yin & Sound practice, Friday Sep 11(waitlist only) and her 2 day Root into Fall immersion workshop Sep 12&13. (Space available)

🐓 Mary’s Hatha Foundation class has been a hit, so we are keeping it on Thursdays at 5:30pm. This slightly shorter and warm (not hot) version of Bikram yoga allows you to develop and improve a steady and consistent practice.

🐓 Barre & Bend with Sarah is back, Saturdays, starting Sep 26th. If you haven’t tried this Multi Barre style, come check it out!

Hens Happy Hour is similar to our previous “Warrior” vinyasa practice, offering a mix of yoga postures and low impact strengthening movements combined to leave you feeling strong, stretched, energized, and grounded all at the same time! Starting late September on Fridays, 4:15-5:15pm…The perfect way to start your weekend!
